Over 45 years experience working in the Automotive and Personal care industries and more recently Logistics. I am now using my skills as a Consultant in Logistics and Warehousing. I am a Six Sigma Green belt and I am a practitioner in Lean Methodology along with HACCP level 3 in the food industry. I have worked in many industries as a Purchasing Manager sourcing within UK and worldwide. I have had extensive travel around the world auditing companies within my capacity as a Purchasing and Supply Chain Manager.
Over the last 10 years I have worked in the Warehousing and Logistics industry as a Group Warehouse Manager where I was responsible for a team of 80 people and a gross turnover of 5.5 million pounds with excellent margins. I also worked for a short time as a Business development manager where I looked after Key accounts, this enabled me to gain vast knowledge on the Logistics industry both commercially and operationally.
More recently I have started working as a Consultant specialising, Logistics,Warehousing, Supply chain and any project related roles including BRC, HACCP and ISO 9001-2015 implementation. I am currently consulting for some well known companies across South Wales within FMCG and Logistics.
